At OPTIMUM Psychiatric Health, we guide each client throughout their journey to achieve balance and wellness. Our treatment approach incorporates a holistic view as we explore the imbalances in both physical and psychological functioning.

We work collaboratively with clients and their other providers, taking into account individual needs and/or preferences while developing treatment plans. Treatment plans may include psychotherapeutic recommendations such as medication management, psychotherapy/counseling, substance use and/or addiction treatment, lifestyle/behavioral changes, and if appropriate, higher level of care.

We do not offer crisis or emergency services, yet direct you to visit your local ER or crisis center.

Telehealth uses videoconferencing in order to provide healthcare at a distance. This eliminates the distance barrier, provides more access to services, and can enhance overall care and satisfaction.
